We have created our Corona guidelines
to ensure that you stay with us in confidence.

As a member of Relais & Chateaux, we follow the
auditable safety protocol developed in collaboration with
Bureau Veritas, a leader in global safety & quality audits.
We ensured that all points of our protocol
cover the local Government requirements.

Let us introduce you to the guidelines:

While checking in we check your body temperature
and record this together with your personal data.
This is repeated once during your stay,
but you are welcome to have it checked more often for
your personal confidence. The same procedure
is followed for all our team members.

Please keep a safe distance of 6 feet / 2 meters
between you, other guests & our team
and wear a mask when you step out of your room
or while you move around public areas.

Your safety depends on the safety of our hospitality team
and their personal safety depends on you.
To ensure maximum safety & hygiene we have placed
sanitizers in all areas of The Malabar House
for the use of guests and staff. We also ensure that
our service team uses them regularly.

The sanitation of our rooms & suites is paramount to
your safety. To ensure this we removed a number of
amenities from the rooms which we provide on request.

We have removed all reading material and collaterals
from the room, and also amenities like Minibar,
fruits and tea & coffee makers from your room to
minimize the general contact in these surfaces
as per the guidelines.

On arrival, our team shares our WhatsApp service
contact as a single point concierge service.
You are in control of housekeeping and
services in your room. Our housekeeping services
will be limited to your request on linen change
and other in-room amenities during your stay.

Kindly use the concierge service to share the time
when you want our team to provide the services or
bring you the amenities that you need during your stay.
Your room has an acrylic stand with 2 QR codes.
On one side is the QR code for the restaurant services,
including all menus. On the opposite side the QR code
for our Purespa Ayurveda treatments,
our A to Z service directory and a list of
Experiences & Discoveries around
The Malabar House Fort Cochin, for a deeper
understanding of the local environment, culture & people.

points of close contact while our passionate team
will do all they can to provide you with perfect services
